Our staff volunteer with The Salvation Army, supporting the underprivileged without discrimination. Employees can take a day of leave for volunteering, contributing an average of 8–10 hours each. Additionally, we facilitated the donation of Sands Hotel furniture to victims in Malaysia, extending our commitment to community support.
Backyard Productions
FoodXervices partners with Backyard Productions, a co-op of local agritech farmers using advanced technology to grow fresh, sustainable produce in Singapore. This collaboration brings high-quality local ingredients directly to businesses, ensuring freshness while supporting sustainable farming. With just 1% of land now producing 10% of our nation’s food, we aim to reach 30% by 2030.
Queen Bee
Appointed as a Queen Bee Company by SkillsFutureSingapore (SSG), we launched Xcelerate Academy to upskill employees in the food and wholesale trade industry. In partnership with Ngee Ann Polytechnic, we will offer Sustainability and Digitalization training led by industry leaders to drive change. The program goes live in April 2025.

We uphold strict workplace policies to ensure employee health, safety, fair wages, benefits, and flexible working conditions. Our family-friendly programs include comprehensive healthcare coverage for all employees.
To foster a safe and inclusive environment, we provide an anonymous grievance mechanism for reporting discrimination or harassment, alongside an open-door policy for direct communication with senior management.
With a diverse team of 55 employees from six nationalities, 33% are women, with 38% in management and 50% on our board of directors. We are committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and fair hiring, ensuring professional growth without bias.
Believing that company success depends on employee growth, we conduct regular performance assessments and require an average of 20 training hours per employee in sustainability, AI, and WSG Career Conversation Program (CCP). We also provide ongoing awareness training on energy conservation, waste reduction, and anti-corruption practices.
