Track & Reduce Carbon Emissions

We track energy, water, gas, waste, and Scope 1-3 emissions using IoT sensors, optimizing HVAC during off-peak hours. Committed to the Singapore Green Plan, we aim to cut carbon emissions by 10% YoY and achieve Net Zero by 2030. Our rooftop solar panels further support renewable energy efforts.

 Vehicular Initiatives

We monitor our third-party logistics to ensure they use efficient route planning through Detrack Fleet Management Software, reducing transport emissions. By the end of 2025, we plan to deploy our own EV fleet with cold chain capabilities for further sustainability.  Additionally, our Xpace building features an EV charging facility, open to both our team and customers.

 Product Traceability

We use AX (Dynamics 365) for company-wide traceability across all food and beverage products, tracking each item from supplier to customer, including units sold and pricing.

In partnership with A* Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology, we’ve implemented Immutable Product Authentication & Traceability (IPAT) to monitor the full lifecycle of our customers’ coffee machines, from manufacturing to recycling and refurbishment.

Waste and Food Management

We reduce carbon emissions by upcycling cardboard boxes and implementing internal waste sorting for recycling plastic, metal, and glass.  Partnering with green companies like N&E (C2+), we upcycle secondary waste into non-toxic cleaning products and encourage customers to switch to biodegradable options.  We also promote plant-based food consumption through campaigns and partnerships with food companies, using eco-friendly and bio-based materials.
